I am a mother of 3 children ages 14, 11 and 8. I enjoy my “me-time” by going for dance classes, and yoga to keep physically fit as well as practicing introspection and meditation to keep emotionally and mentally fit. These practices have enabled me to explore the humanness of who I am and the acceptance of all my quirks. As a mother of a teenager and a pre-teen, I understand the pressures that children face in today’s world, the biggest ones being confidence and self-acceptance. Most of humanity now has to adjust to a new world order which can be stressful in many ways. However with a little bit of guidance you can soar out of the fear and anxiety that is holding you back.
I am a Certified Counsellor from Monash University and a preferred Psych-K Facilitator who has worked in a school. I regularly use the Psych-K balances in my daily life with myself and my children, to get over stressful events and transform self-limiting beliefs to more empowering ones. With these experiences I maintain that everyone should have the opportunity to modify their inner selves and be equipped with the tools to face adverse issues in their daily lives. I want to share my passion and give back, especially in today’s competitive, fast-paced and stressful world with gifts of knowledge that I utilise to improve my reality. My goal is for people to discover their inner hero and tune into their own powers. Everyone desires to be happy.
